I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though clean and maintained, were smaller than expected for a King Room and had an annoying internal humming/vibration that kept me up at night. The service was a highlight with helpful staff who looked after me well. The location was convenient, but not as ideal as staying closer to the Strand. The dining options were decent but lacked warmth in the food. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
